VisitAlert is a new service available to VisitCall customers.
It can send alert messages to pagers or wireless phones to notify subscribing users about field employees who are late to their clients.
VisitAlert allows Home Health Care providers to monitor activities of field employees, even away from the office, and to quickly resolve problem situation as they occur.
VisitAlert subscribers can select which clients should be included in the service, customize alert messages and specify what they consider "late arrival" (e.g. 15 minutes, 30 minutes or
1 hour).
